Both of my shoulders are shot to shit. I haven't been able to do any heavy presses in years. Supposed to have the VA looking at them soon.

Been doing too much leg presses and squats too......my left knee is hurting........a friend told me when I showed up to play some games and drink that "I was hogging up all the old" with the knee brace and elbow brace

I'm an old man now.....that's a quick way to get in trouble with those ladies who bring a whole camera set up to just work out.

That's my biggest pet peeve........people who live stream their workouts in the gym.

They take up too much space for anyone else to go to other machines......the worse.

And they get mad at you for just trying to get to the next workout because you walked into their frame.......like for real.......gtfoh, other people want to just actually train.

I legit don't like those people who bring phones and film everything........like hey, some of us don't want to be on your shit.......and I always thought you needed a signed consent to film you.
