going from 30frps to 60fps is quite a jump but i'll be honest. I don't really notice 60 to 120

u notice it more at higher resolutions i find

either way for me its also an issue of screen tearing

with a higher refresh rate i can drop Vsynch and that leads to better performance with less strain on the GPU
