I also got fucked over on installation. they for some reason ship you the modem and then an installer shows up to set it up for you. well my installer showed up the same day i was supposed to get it and showed up before it came so he grabbed one out of the truck that he already had(imagine that) and while he was there the other one was delivered so they just took it from me and put it in the truck, turned out the one i got in the mail was a newer model tahn what he gave me.
