used to be you had to apply to go on the show so people actually wanted it but now they basically just get them from casting agents

like so many ppl on the show are like, "i was just at a bar and this person asked me if i wanted to be on this show"

I think more people watch in hopes of ppl hooking up than to actually play or win the show so i guess it wasn't a bad move.
