I'm glad someone else likes the 1999 WCW logo. And the Nitro set in 1999 was underrated. I have zero idea why they scrapped it in 2000 for those Raw ripoff sets.

But I recently saw on Nitro when it was revealed, the commentators compared it to bird shit

I love how the side C's moved apart for the wrestler entrances. Having the set look like your new logo was brilliant.

Yeah, I'm watching the last Nitro of 2000 currently. The stage is super boring.

There was a USA Today ad that for some reason said it looked like bird shit. I hope someone was fired for that misstep.

There was a Turner brass lady that apparently cut their production by like 200 million so that is why the lighting and colors and everything was shit as well.

There's like no consistency with their logos, colors, designs, etc. for Nitro

Like the ring ropes are powder blue for some reason. Even though the show logo is red and yellow. And then the lighting on the stage is predominantly blue and green.

Because TBS cut their production budget as I aforementioned, they began taping Thunder after Nitro so they used blue ropes for both.
