I have a coworker that has PTSD from something in her past. I was supposed to have today off, but I got called into work. When I have a day off, I have a tendency to shut out the world all day and keep to myself to get away from people. When that doesn't happen, I get super stressed out. We had to do something at a certain time and I misread what time it was for so I freaked out and legit screamed at them in frustration
