put heat on it for 20mins at a time, and try stretching by looking up+ looking up and to the side for 30 seconds at a time

and make sure your pc monitor is lifter enough so ur not slightly looking down when staring at it, that shit pulls on your neck muscles and causes a lot of tension

I got some icy hot I put on it a few times a day. But it’s more like the neck and spine area, but like the tip top part of the spine. Shits ridiculous how long it’s been hurting. Like I’ll have moments it feels good for a little bit, maybe a hour or two. Then hurts again.

that sounds exactly like my problem, is it near the top of ur spine near the ball of your neck and radiates from there sharply?

if so, another tip thats helped me (but takes a few days). roll up a towel, lay it on the floor and lay down on it with ur spine on the towel, then pring ur arms out to the side like a T

My monitor right now, til I can afford something else, is my tv. So it’s basically what I already been doing when I’m watching tv from my chair. So I’m not sure if that really is the issue since it’s nothing new for me
