I just don’t think any good can come from showing the actual footage on the actual television program at the very least. I don’t mind them poking fun. Doing a comedy skit doing the shout out to Jack Perry. If Jack Perry even comes back and joins the elite and does a bunch of punk stuff in matches fine. But I just would like to eventually move past, these fights that happened two years ago. Will Osprey just came in. Okada just came in. We have this great match set for dynasty. Swerve is about to become the AW champion. I don’t think CM punk should still be a main character in AW programming. Lets keep chasing the feeling.

I hope the footage was real.....it either makes TK look like a pussy when he sees a real fight or it just make Punk look like he wasn't bullshitting and buries TK even more......zero to gain if it was real.

I mean, even if he looks like a liar, I don’t see the point in keeping AW and punk tied together. But I don’t think that’s gonna happen either way because punk more or less confirmed the version of the story that there was a fight when he confronted Perry in the back and he choked him. That’s what was always reported.
