depends on where you are, like on twitch you can live stream and its fine but when you go back to rewatch the replays they mute the audio.

you can obviously play royalty free music and not have to worry but youtube is tricky. I've had just final fantasy vids get flagged for copyright because of the music.

If I can figure out how to do twitch from the computer, which I’m sure is easy as fuck, my live stuff will be on twitch

Twitch has it's own app now that's pretty straight forward, I believe that's what Jeff used. I use OBS Studio which can be kinda tricky depending on how in depth you want to go.

Twitch is nice because you can get like the chat overlay and all that pretty much built in, it takes a bit to get it on OBS and even for me it didn't work all that well.

yea OBS has an option to stream or to record locally.

If the twitch thing is better for twitch I could always get both and use them for whatever I’m doing

steam has it's own built in streaming feature but I don't think it goes to youtube or twitch, I think its just on steam itself

i got used to the twitch thing but obs and streamyards are better, obs is the standard for gaming and its free i just been lazy to learn it
