like I used duckstation for ps1 and it's one they use, you just log in on the emulator

those are all the emulators they list on there, some of the older ones are the emulators with an add on built in for it.

like for n64, they have project64 but if you just download project64 on the emulators site i don't think it have the achievements plug in.

but they provide RAP64 which is the same emulator with the extra plug in already so no extra work
