Booking wise it often is the big show with all the shocks and story beats yeah, id say its close to Mania. All In muddies the waters obviously tho

so before All In I would say Revolution was the Mania-ish show where stories often ended. Now, maybe the argument can be made Revolution is AEW's Royal Rumble - as it kickstarts the road to All In at the end of August - All in All Out being their mania night 1 and 2 just in different countries and one week apart
