I think the lack of video packages complaint is extremely flimsy. They do video packages quote often. If they don't, just listen to the commentators throughout the match and 9 times out of 10 they'll give you plenty of backstory on the wrestler. Or wait a week or two, and that wrestler will probably do a promo talking about themselves.
