in pc gaming news - was still getting issues with crashes (in every game , randomly) - did some more research and applied two solution : an registry code update, disabling a certain function that often causes flickering on displays ; and undervolted my video card as to make it draw a bit less power and run more stable

too early to tell as ill need a few more days of data minimum, but not crashes the last 2 days
