On the actual media Harley has rejected Joker for awhile but I don't think a lot of the Internet knows that

depends on the version - releasing laughing gas in the whole city for example would kill kids

havent been in the comics in forever outside of one shots. And even in the original show which she debuted in, she's not really with him at the end. I think she hates him in Beyond which is that canon but I forget how it ended
