I will say Mass Effect 1 was one of the hardest games for me to get into. Everyone told me it was amazing and I rented it back when you could still rent physical games like 3 times and just didn't enjoy it. kept giving it another try.

then idk what happened and one time i played it and it just clicked and I loved it.

I got into it for a bit but a couple hours in couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do next and just never played again

part 2 and 3 are so much better gameplay wise to play. idk if that newer collection updated part 1 at all or not.

I got 1 and 2 on like a $5 sale for PS4 or something as a bundle

story wise tho it's great, you import your save into each game and your choices carry over
