Nobody other than the Middle East wants a full out War these days, most countries have citizens and higher elite that only care about the entertainment they enjoy when they aren't at work so pissin' them off really means nuthin'. Also Trump was cordial with all those world leaders and the meetings went smoothly. He handled that very well.

It does mean something for if you ever need help. They might not want War, but it’s never a good idea to not have help if a huge war breaks out. We feel like we’re safe here in America, but if another World War happened.(not saying it would) we want to make sure we have our allies. So Trump needs to work with them better and make sure they are their if we need them. Not pissing them off.
