wait I lied, I reloaded after this and just killed the druids and all the tieflings survived

so their leader told me i had to kill the 3 leaders of the goblin camp to make it safe for them to travel and thats what i just did

you probably complete that by seeing Halsin then

I killed her first so they wouldn't have to leave as soon before killing the goblins

You have the Halsin quest either way bc he has info about the tadpoles
