Yeah either that or he could end BC completely and get major heat for ending one of the most popular wrestling factions of the modern era. I don’t really know how it would work though, maybe he could like film himself buying the rights to the name and then throwing the paperwork into a big ass fire or something, and then him pulling all the march down from the Internet, and then launching an attack on all the remaining members

OOOH yeah Mox would get crazy heat for it. I'm not sure they need to go down a rights path. They could have him slowly divide them members among themselves while he was a mole in the organisation and when he comes out to defeat Jay it all falls apart and then the whole group blame Jay for it. It could be brilliant if done right.
