no it's just tea with milk, but you can just call it "chai" and not "chai tea". It'd be like saying a "coffee latte" or something I guess.

My house would be like that, but our home heating and cooling system is broken. The cost it would take to fix compared to just buying a heater for my room and my dad’s room is much cheaper. It’s why we both have an A/C also
