I think this Mandy angle will progress Otis beyond the simple no screen time tag team jobbers he was before this. Though, I don't know if they'll continue to push him once it's over. That's up to Bruce I guess.

The build for the Savage vs Hogan WM5 bout was iconic

The build was great and their match was good but overall I think WM V is one of the weakest 'Manias. It's still fun to watch tho
