Also is swerve prince Nana 's manager since sometimes he'd the one who talks? This is the issue with this logic. Manager has a kayfabe definition u can't apply the irl meaning to it imo xp

Manager is more interchangeable with valet to me. It's not about talking for a person it's about being a secondary character to enhance another talent n help them win matches . Managing their career so to speak. Mjf never did that for wardlow, he put himself over at his expense. In contrast Paul Heyman might be self serving but his character never ever is presented as equal or above the stars they represent. Key factor. Yall forced me to get philosophical

I feel like you didn't read my message as I said most of that below lol Te only difference is I still think the talking part is important. It's jut not the sole criteria. You add with the managing matches, being their secondary character and being someone who elevates their presentation. The thing with Swerve is Swerve doesn't talk FOR Nana. He speaks in conjunction with him. Like when Punk and Heyman took turns speaking. Heyman being the manager. Nana however is the guy who appears in Swerve's corner coaching him.

Presentation I'd say is key. Who's being used to elevate who in the partnership. A manager is like a good theme song and entrance. It enhances the wrestler, but the wrestler is still the star.
