our windows are mads drafty too so we get legit cold in here. but we dont pay for heating

i pay for heating but it's on what my company calls "budget billing" so i pay the same every month no matter what i use.

they usually look at your last 6 months of use and guess. right now i pay $97 a month and for instance last month I used $140 worth but in say like July I used only $50

our place is all inclusive except for internet

so electricity and heating is included in rent

after so many months you can redo it if it goes lower. I barely use anything except for the winter with the heat.

so i have the heat on plus a floor heater

I don't have to pay for water but I pay for electricity(heat is included in that) and internet. both are around 95 a month each
