I remember working at Best Buy when the avatar movie came out and I had to do a delivery of a washing machine and the dude was watching it while we delivered it.

in fairness to these, comics don't have pronunciations you just read them. And sometimes early ones are wrong so you can't just do it how older TV shows did...but Avatar was only a show
