going from Xbox One to Xbox Series S/X didn't even feel like a jump. better hardware but the exact same menus and UI. At least PS5 felt like a new console and generation.

When my PSN got hacked recently they asked for my previous serial numbers and I was at work so I couldn't give them any and I was also like I no longer have the originally PS3 the account was made on anyway lol

But then they were just like okay give me any kind of precious purchase transaction which I could provide

especially when ps3 had like 4 different models and people would upgrade to the new versions

it worked out tho because now I have the same gamertag for all 3 consoles.

I love the Xbox and how you can play pretty much any game ever made on the system on the current one still but PlayStation and Nintendo both have it beat in exclusives. Last of Us, Uncharted, God of War, Spider-Man.
