can't most fates you can just wishlist it or watch and you'll get notified by the stores when they're on sale? I know Steam does this but I thought PSN did too

yeah, that's why i have never used it. i just have the PS app on my phone and it tells me. Xbox doesn't let you purchase from their app so i guess it would be useful for xbox.

looks like they made the app itunes only for some reason but the website definitely has vudu prime and google play as well.

the app tells you also what the lowest price it has ever been so if it's on sale for $30 but it's been $20 before you might wait.
