ordered pizza and put contactless delivery so they decide to knock on my door and then call and text my phone that they are here and waiting for me

this local place is 50/50. sometimes they'll do it and other times they wont

did you order from a local pizza place? I know I've Doordashed from one of my local pizza places once and they do the delivery themselves they don't use dashers or anything like that. As such they may not know about you choosing contactless.

yeah it's local through their own app tho

It makes me want to take some away from their tip but of course we pay in advance

that's ridiculous. I mean they probably want to talk because they want you to take it, say "Oh I'm sorry I don't have money to pay, but I can pay with something else" then proceed to fuck.

and who knows, maybe the person who tells them to go deliver it is supposed to say its contactless and they don't idk.

this same place forgot a 2 liter of coke one time and i said, "yeah I ordered a coke as well" and the kid was like, ".....yeah i see that but I don't have it" and just acted like it was cool.

so i asked how i'm supposed to get it and he audibly sighed out loud and said, "i can go back and get it...i guess" and I said ok thanks I'll be waiting

lol I mean I feel bad for the kid if they fucked him over but still that's bad customer service.
