when AEW signs Jay White it's ''he'll get lost in the shuffle'' but when he was rumored to go to WWE it was the greatest thing ever. even though AEW and WWE have the same amount of men roughly and the same amount of tv time across the board

I don't think me being a diehard has anything to do with data though. I don't think it's untrue that WWE have a stranglehold on female talent. I don't think you can say the same about AEW and men's talent because there's is a lot more men's wrestlers overall and WWE has just as many. I would be willing to bet there's like...at least twice as many if not three times as many female talent in WWE than AEW and TNA for example

hence why I don't really want every single female free agent to go to WWE, that's not really ideal for the business. and yes some of that is on AEW's creative to be better

plus there's also the special factor to consider - the more superstars you have the harder it is to stand out. but thats obviously a different conversation and an issue on most rosters of any gender in any company
