There’s a story with that last song that I love so much. At the CMA Awards in 1999, they told George Jones(a fucking country legend) to play an abridged version of his song because they didn’t have the time. So he refused to show up. Then when Alan Jackson performed, he played like the first bit of his song Pop a Top, before he switched into playing Choices. Everyone stood up, clapped and Alan Jackson, like a G just walked off stage, to his bus and left.
