thanks brother I legit appreciate that. And damn right I can, I was stuck on gold 5/plat1 but this week I finally grinded to plat2 and seeing some notable improvement. I'm still doing stupid stuff and making mistakes but much less, and my punishes are more consistent. still got to work on a few things to be even more consistent but there is a lot to learn and process at high speeds and im old

That's how I felt with COD, I started to slow down and just let them run at me instead. I'll use that map knowledge to my advantage

forcing myself NOT to do things is honestly the hardest thing. don't mash. stop pressing buttons for no reason or out of panic. stop Drive Impacting on jump ins. it's so funny how you can land all the crispest combos in trial mode but when the real fists fly, execution goes out the window without many hours of live practice

Yeah that was my biggest problem when I played Tekken, I was too set in to that mashing buttons mindset from when I was younger. When I started to learn a character it really went a long way
