Yeah, that’s what syndication is. Most of the channels that aren’t cable only run programming after I think it’s seven or 8 o’clock. That’s what gets bought and sold in syndication is for the local channels that bear the name air something when they’re national programming isn’t airing. Opposed to cable like TNT, which doesn’t have local channels. There’s only one TNT and it airs all of its own programming.
