My best friend called me earlier on his way home from work and we were about an hour into our conversation. He goes "Ohhh it's Halloween! I was wondering why everyone was walking around. I gotta get inside to avoid all this." ... and I had 2 thoughts. (1) Dang, it's Halloween? and (2) Are we really that old (mid-twenties) we didn't even realize it was Halloween, and better yet, have no Halloween plans and want to avoid the evening at all costs? How times have changed.
