I talked to her during like August. My medication goes up to 40mg, I'm on 30, she didn't want to put me to the max

Like fuck. I was just playing some video games right before bed. Instantly got my mind slipping on the thought of one stressor and now I just mentally am going like mad

I've recently been taking melatonin in a powder form. It helps with sleeping and causes me to have good dreams and not nightmares for once
