dont get me wrong jimmy i dont think its a horrible game either

but i think the 7 out of 10 or 65% is pretty reflective of the game and what it prmoised and did or did not deliver on

@Chris looks like there's some performance issues with Cities: Skylines 2 but the dev said they'll release it anyway
