Perfect Parry is like blocking an attack except you take 0 damage, but its a tighter window than blocking and risky as fuck. if he missed single one he would be dead. so basically, the chun li player thought he had check mated the chun li player, and the chun li player pulled off a miraculous and extremely skilled maneuver to steal the victory
