not necessarily. You gotta spend money to make money. They filmed that they can figure out ways to use it to get more over and get non-WWE bookings. Cardona films self-funded Vignettes every week.

I thought they filmed that as an idea they brought to WWE creative... that's why I said they should've kept it in the bank, because in that case it was a waste of an idea and could've led to them using it without them as well.
