I'd venture to say it's because Americans have learned over the past 8-10 years that Arguing disagreeing name calling etc is perfectly acceptable behavior. Just be happy stadiums aren't places where conceal carry is allowed.

Graphics aside, I think the Nintendo Switch might be the best console ever.
