Compared to who though? Only the women who literally couldn't wrestle. All the ones with prior experience like Ivory, Jacqueline, etc. were definitely better. Trish became better. And the later on Victoria, Gail Kim and Mickie James were all better.

Trish is the GOAT because she was able to thrive back in the dark ages, and then she came back when the competition was vastly superior and she proved she still had it after 10+ years away.
