I mean, as a Vegeta fan, I take Vegeta knocking out Goku after they agreed to stop the fight as a win for Vegeta over Goku..

Like it was dirty, and cheap, and everything, but...it was a victory for Vegeta

basically. They were fighting and Buu(someone stronger than both) was released from his egg like thing he was in, and Goku was like "hey we need to go deal with that, we'll finish this later" Vegeta agreed, and asked for a Senzu bean. Goku isn't looking and is about to get him one, and Vegeta hits him from behind when Goku's guard is down, knocking him out.

I count that as a total win.
