I've gotten it down quite a bit (before the ozempic) if people get results good for them. I've always said I'm a mutant and need more sugar than most, which is backed up by the fact that since improving my blood sugar i've had the opposite effects of having diabetes. Like I'm getting symptoms now when I was fine before . But I do what the doctor tells me

Yeah I have a checkup next month we'll see how everything is going then. They said I'm young enough I could probably come off medication but we'll see.

yeah when they stick a needle in your gums to freeze your mouth. sometimes its gel ig. idk how they generally do it over thhere
