gotta say as much as I wanted him in AEW and see him pushed to the moon, he made the right call and got rewarded my main eventing two manias in a row. could not be happier for him

I dont think its overpay personally, but some might. the rumor going at the time is KO got a gigantic offer he could not refuse from wwe

and ya I dont think AEW was in a position to overpay and give him the creative he was evidently promised at wwe lol

I do think he would have been in the title picture in AEW, but I cant in good faith say thats better than fighting stone cold at mania lol

I dont think he liked Punk very much either so that would have probably being an issue, KO is a pretty outspoken guy

If I were him I think I'd want to stay in WWE. He's taken a lot of hard bumps that I don't think he'll be able to do much longer. While he used to be a great fit for AEW I wouldn't want to try and do that to my body much longer if I were him. In AEW I think he'd want to do that.

I have to agree here too even tho selfishly would have loved him to take those bumps in aew for my enjoyment. ur right tho, his bump card is fucking heavily punched and I think the WWE style on weekly tv does not require him to kill himself nightly or be tempted to at least
