I'd bet on it, I don't remember who exactly said it but I've always heard they don't want to pay them too much bc they need to be "hungry" it was about McGregor being lazy tho

I'd say the worst part about the wrestlers is lack of protections and guarantees but actual pay now is pretty good I'd even go as far as guessing down to Impact even tho their guys still do indies too

let me tell you about fight camps and having to pay to fly your whoe ass team out
