I wouldn't ever cut a promo on a second person who gets an extension on the first promo that negates the timeline of the original deadline so people can just wait till last minute knowing no one will ever be able to respond to what you say. Which, to me is kinda lame. But eh.

Most people don't have the energy to post 2-3 promos so thy aren't looking to respond to yours, have you respond to theirs so they can respond yours again. Most people are only going to do one promo. Unless it's a big title match and then maybe we'll see back and forth promos.
