Nothing really, it's just some small businesses thinking "I open on Sundays when every one else doesn't, so I'm taking my Monday off"

tradionally familly owned and they want to saty open on weekends for cakes etc, so usually take monday as the day off

yeah pretty much, and ppl tend to spend the least on mondays i assume back in the day
