Anyone who say "they don't need help" are always the ones you gotta hover around.Storm Trooper said:Jesus Christ what a shitshow at work. I like to train new people. But when the new people say they're good and don't need help. Then proceed to fuck up counting registers and I need to hustle to figure out what happened and fix things. I told her to ask if she needed help. She didn't ask and she needed help.
I like doing it. And everyone I trained knows to ask for help. She didn't. She said she rebuilt the registers for tomorrow. She didn't at all do that. I tried to fix what I can but I gave her rope to drag her out of the mess and she hanged herself with it.Grim said:Training people is one of the things I like doing least at work because I'm just not good at explaining shit.
was she like "I got it already" attitude?Storm Trooper said:I like doing it. And everyone I trained knows to ask for help. She didn't. She said she rebuilt the registers for tomorrow. I told her she was counting the registers today but I am here to help her if she needs anything. She's trained for like 2 weeks with myself and 3 other leadership on counting registers like 8 or 9 times by now. She should be able to do it by herself.Deezy said:was she like "I got it already" attitude?
I was helping my cousin with just simple vending, and I was the cashier......if I can do that, anyone should be able to work a register.Storm Trooper said:I told her she was counting the registers today but I am here to help her if she needs anything.
