When I used to live in Vancouver, you could spend a night out watching the street performers who were talented af......but then the bums and tent city tourists ruined it.

I tried bidding to convert some old condos that needed serious renovation and got denied because they thought they could do another high rise.

We crunched all the numbers on how much the city could save from police having to round up and close tent cities yearly and they went for another BS condo complex no one can afford.
