In the event of a death in an hourly or salaried associate’s family, up to three days of unpaid leave may be taken for bereavement of immediate family (parents, spouse, children, brothers, sisters, grandparents and spouse’s parents).

I think immediate family is legally required for 5 days (parent/child/spouse). May be wrong.
