I got 21 days of vacation and I could use them after I was done my 3 month probation

My job just lumps them all in as PTO but we get like 15 a year that increases to 20 gradually

yeah they seperate it into 2 for us but u can use wtc. 7 personal days and 14 vacationn days

And we get 2 "floating holidays" which is like the same thing but we're supposed to save them for holidays where the office isn't closed

At my old place you qualified for 5 sick days after 90 days, 5 vacation days after 1 year and if you stayed 2 years (rare) you got 10 per year instead
