As much as I shit on Billy, the current NWA incarnation is still more prestigious in just about every way than some of the post-WCW years

You had Paul Heyman fucking over the NWA, the worst economic period in wrestling history at the time, and nobody wanting to work with them after the WWF thing.

The early 2010s where they were having their big defenses at state fairs in from of barely any people was the low point IMO
