If you've ever seen one of those videos on WWE/NXT or AEW's Instagram where it's just one long continuous shot of the action you'll quickly realize that some cuts are needed

Cause a lot of the stuff, particularly the striking exchanges, just looks so bad

Though these shots are not from the hard cam. The distance and elevation perhaps of the hard cam does hide some things naturally as well

Cuts are needed, I do agree... but cuts to the crowd ain't. Crowd shots are completely pointless, except for when something goes wrong in the ring.

Way worse is the quick zooming when moves are performed or punches are thrown... as well as the camera spot, where it's obvious that someone's coming from "outta nowhere", but they stay suspiciously long in one single shot

my most hated is an extended shot of a bunch of people huddling up to base for a big dive... just show ANYTHING ELSE besides the people who are CLEARLY positioning themselves to receive a move

lol yeah I know ppl like to shit on that spot...but like, ur not supposed to film it if u can avoid it. NOW is the time to zoom in on the guy on turnbuckle lol
