..... I don't know what a Cobra Bubbles is as I've never seen Lilo & Stitch. But this tracks since fans in general are stupid idiots.

He's generally considered the best character in the movie, he's a big giant intimidating CPS agent that's actually got a good heart and is empathetic to the whole situation the movie is grounded on.
